Alpha Plus Panel Discussion at 2022 School Leadership Conference

Administrators from around the state attended the Oklahoma Association of Elementary School Principals Leadership Conference in November in Oklahoma City.  At the conference, Alpha Plus held a panel discussion about how to improve student success.

The panel featured four experienced and distinguished school leaders who know how to use Alpha Plus tools aligned to the Oklahoma Academic Standards to get results. During this discussion, they answered questions from administrators. Pictured above is a snap shot taken at the session. Stay tuned for informative video on key topics!

ALPHA PLUS HEROES: ROFF MIDDLE SCHOOL

Today we honor Ms. Isaacs, a math department teacher for Grades 6-8 at Roff Middle School. She is evaluating her Pacing Calendar and interim assessment data to determine if adjustments are needed. Using this curriculum map, she has taught and remediated ALL OAS objectives for her math classes, and all have proficiency rates above 84%; in 7th-grade math, 97% of students are proficient on the CFAs. Roff’s Johnna Isaacs is an Alpha Plus Hero!

Today we honor Mrs. Pogue, who teaches 4th and 5th grade math at Velma-Alma Public Schools. The Stephens County educator monitors data to improve instruction throughout the school year. Her benchmark scores have improved an average of 17% from fall to winter! Thank you and keep up the great work, Mrs. Pogue.

Alpha Plus Heroes: Dibble Public Schools
