Upcoming Addition of Clever Secure Sync and OneRoster to Alpha Plus Online for 2025-2026

Alpha Plus Online will integrate with OneRoster for all schools beginning next school year, making student account management easier. Schools will also choose to use Clever SecureSync for a small additional fee. These tools help eliminate manual data entry, streamline processes, and save time by:

  1. Automating Student and Teacher Setup – Clever securely gathers student enrollment and schedule data from your school and customizes it to fit your needs.
  2. Controlling Data Access – Schools decide which information can be shared with Alpha Plus Online and other connected programs, ensuring privacy and security.
  3. Keeping Data Updated – Alpha Plus Online syncs with Clever every night to automatically update student and teacher accounts.
  4. Creating and Managing Accounts – Clever automatically creates and updates student, teacher, and staff accounts across all connected programs.

OneRoster Integration with Alpha Plus Online

  • Seamless Grade Book Sync – OneRoster automatically syncs assessment results with your school’s student information system (SIS).
  • One-Time Setup – Data sharing is set up at the start of the year, reducing the need for ongoing manual updates.
  • Flexible Syncing Options:
    • File-Based Syncing (CSV) – A simple method for updating student and teacher data.
    • Real-Time Syncing (REST API) – A continuous data exchange for schools needing frequent updates.
