Hello to all our Educators. What an exciting week! Alpha Plus was proud to be a sponsor and exhibitor at the OROS Conference in Shawnee (October 22-23) and the CCOSA OASSP/OMLEA Conference at the Hilton Garden Inn in Edmond (October 28-29). Next up, we’ll be at the Oklahoma Charter School Conference in Norman, November 4-5. We’d love to see you there!
Both conferences went really well. Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth and joined us on the OROS golf course, where we gave away Reject Retrievers from One More Round Golf. Congratulations to Nathan Meget, Superintendent of Clinton Public Schools, winner of our Reject Retriever, and to Laura Gragg, Superintendent of Canadian Public Schools, winner of our $250 gift card!
At the OASSP/OMLEA Conference, congratulations to Amanda Johnson, JH/HS Principal at Crowder Public Schools, winner of our $250 gift card, and to Michael Scott Davis, Assistant Principal at Ardmore High School, the lucky winner of a $100 gift card, which was donated to CCOSA for the end-of-conference giveaway!
We were also glad to welcome both nominees for Oklahoma State Superintendent of Public Instruction. Dr. Robert Franklin, the Republican nominee, stopped by our office at Alpha Plus to visit and learn about all the new changes to our curriculum. Dr. Jennettie Marshall, the Democratic nominee, met with Bennie and Larri and learned all about the Alpha Plus curriculum. We appreciate both of them for taking the time to visit.
We can’t wait to connect with even more educators this fall. Come by our booth at the Charter School Conference. Bennie and Larri would love to see you and share more about what Alpha Plus is doing.
